Website update + mIRC 6.31

My website was unavailable for a few days. I have therefore moved my website to another webhoster and everything works perfectly again.

Also, in case you didn’t noticed it yet, mIRC 6.31 has been released! The mIRC website has been updated, mIRC has a new icon…. wow! Many changes since 6.3. I have not yet tested this version, but i expect that a few annoying scripting-bugs i found are now fixed.
